The AI coaches generate responses based on probabilistic models and stored user-provided context. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
If you are experiencing a crisis, mental health emergency, or risk of harm to yourself or others, seek immediate help from qualified professionals or local emergency services.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Are used fraudulently or abusively
- Are created or used by automated systems or bots
4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
Coach4Life may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, or usage-based plans.
Key points:
- Trial limitations and quotas are strictly enforced
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Refunds:

Memory does not imply understanding, consciousness, or human judgment.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. journal entries, messages, goals).
By submitting content, you grant Coach4Life a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and display the content
- Use it solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service
You represent that your content:
- Is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights
- Does not contain malware or harmful code
We do not monitor all content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass safeguards
- Interfere with system integrity or security
